PARK AUTHORITY
The Park Authority exists to insure residents fully enjoy the leisure and recreational activities available in Garrett parks and other recreational areas and to protect the health and safety of persons using those areas.
We strive to preserve and provide the quality recreational needs of its residents, visitors and tourist, and to enhance the quality of life in the city. Our staff, along with the Garrett Street Department, is responsible for the management and maintenance of our community pool – a true community asset with many visitors every summer!
The Garrett Pool dates of operations are from: Saturday May 26th thru Sunday August 5th.

Parks Rules & Regulations 1.) For the protection of our park and the safety of its users, the following are prohibited: ~ No alcoholic beverages ~ No open fires ~ No hitting golf balls anywhere in the park ~ No camping in park ~ No removal of wildlife or vegetation 2.) Per city ordinance, all animals must be maintained on a leash. 3.) Please be respectful of other park users. 4.) Please help to keep our parks beautiful by disposing trash in proper receptacles. 5.) Hours – Open 7am to 10pm unless otherwise posted.

This year’s Dive-In movie date is scheduled at the pool for July 20, 2019.
